Information Required under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions (Mail-Order Sales)

With respect to the products and services handled by The Tolman Collection for which the Company is the seller or service provider, the following information is disclosed pursuant to Article 11 of Japan's Act on Specified Commercial Transactions.

Payment Methods

Credit card or bank transfer in advance.

For credit-card payments, a payment link will be sent after your order. The billing date is subject to the terms of your card issuer.

Prices

Catalogues and exhibition catalogues: Prices are shown on the relevant product page.

Artworks: Prices will be provided by email after an inquiry is received.

Additional Charges Payable by the Customer
  • Consumption tax
  • Shipping within Japan: JPY 1,100 nationwide. International shipping is charged separately; please check the confirmation email for details.
  • Bank transfer fees
Payment and Delivery

We will arrange shipment within seven business days after confirming receipt of payment.

Payment must be made in advance, within seven days from the day after the order date.

Returns

Regardless of whether the received product has a defect or other problem, a return requested for the customer's convenience will be accepted only when all of the following conditions are met:

  1. The product is a physical item.
  2. The product has not been opened, unpacked or used.
  3. The product is neither a commissioned work nor a book.
  4. The product has no scratches or damage, except where attributable to the Company.
  5. The customer contacts the Company by the method specified by the Company within eight days of delivery.
  6. The product is returned to the address specified by the Company within 15 days of that contact, with return shipping paid by the customer.
